AGroup offers a series of training courses for its clients, partners and interested members of HR community. Training courses are read by most senior members of our engineering team and can provide you with high level understanding about HRB® suite of products, or, if necessary, go as deep into the technical side of our product line as you like. Courses are typically read in English or in Russia. You can take a course at our training facilities, or request that we send an expert over to your location, to conduct a series of lectures and demonstrations tailored specifically to your needs.
We offer the following standard training programs:
End user - Intro
This course is designed for a human resources professional, unfamiliar with out products. The course includes a general demonstration of the system's features followed by an open Q&A sessions. During this course you can explore the system and better understand if it fits your business needs. The course can be conducted online and will take approximately 3 hours, including a 15 minute break.
End user - Expert
This course is designed for professionals, intending to use the product to run their business operations. The course goes in-depth about most important business features, covering various functionality and configuration options. At the end of the course, users are required to take a test, simulating real-life business scenarios (such as new employee entry, running payroll, running reports etc.) to demonstrate their understanding of the system. Individuals that have successfully completed this course, receive a formal "Expert End User" certification from HRB® training center.
Technical User - Intro
This course is intended for technical experts, potentially interested in augmenting their portfolio of skills. The course goes over system installation, configuration, and integration with 3rd party products at basic level. This course supposes familiarity with mainstream technologies employed in enterprise systems today.
Technical user - Expert
Technical Expert training is the most comprehensive and intensive training program available, covering all functionality and simulating various "problem scenarios". The course is followed by a test, passing which yields a certificate of HRB® Technical Expert. Having passed this course, you will be capable of independently implementing HRB® suite of products as well as providing first line of support.
Custom Program
We also offer custom training programs, focused exclusively on some specific implementation or integration scenarios.
